NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP

Lakeshore Ranch Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop on May 8, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at the Lakeshore Ranch Clubhouse, 19730 Sundance Lake Blvd., Land O'Lakes, Florida 34638.
The purpose of the workshop is to review the proposed operations and maintenance assessments (“O&M Assessment”) for the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop.
A copy of the agenda and budgets may be obtained from the District Manager, via email at [email protected], Ph: (813) 460-0130, during normal business hours or from the District's website at https://www.lakeshoreranch.net.
