NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2023, and entered in 2022CA002273000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD COX, DECEASED; BETTY SMITH; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 18, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, IN THE BRADLEY JUNCTION, FLORIDA AREA, AND RUN SOUTH FOR A DISTANCE OF 310 FEET, THENCE EAST TO A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO A POINT, FROM THIS POINT RUN SOUTH 50 FEET, THENCE EAST 115 FEET, THENCE NORTH 50 FEET, THENCE WEST 115 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
