Notice of Change of Meeting Location for the April Meeting of the
Union Park East Community Development District
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (the “Board”) of the Union Park East Community Development District (the “District”) will now hold their meeting on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fairfield by Marriott Tampa Wesley Chapel, 2650 Lajuana Blvd., Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. Please check the District's website for the latest information: https://www.unionparkeastcdd.org/. A copy of the agenda for the meetings will be available 7 days in advance of the meeting on the District's website.
If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
