NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 1, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 412022CA004655CAAXMA in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein KIAVI FUNDING, INC., Plaintiff and ALFA PRO INC., a Florida Corporation; EVGENY LUNEGOV, an Individual; MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 7, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
