NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 14, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 001708 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2CB, Plaintiff and PALAW LLC; ABERDEEN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; MIGUEL GARCIAZ A/K/A MIGUEL GARCIA; SAN JUANA RAMIREZ-GALVAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR MORRISON FINANCIAL SERVICES OF FLORIDA, LLC; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGEL MCDUFFIE are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 14, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
