NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of March 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022 CA 000562 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BYRON KEITH MCKNIGHT SR AQUA FINANCE, INC. CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE CLERK OF COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA STATE OF FLORIDA ETHEL C. JOHNSON UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BYRON KEITH MCKNIGHT SR UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of May 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 8, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 95, 95A THROUGH 95D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
