NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2023, and entered in 11-2022-CA-001648-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2020-RP2 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ARTHUR L. SUMMERS, JR., DECEASED; TRACY SUMMERS are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
