YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to quiet title on real property, lying and being and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 2039, 44th Addition to Port Charlotte, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 33, 33A through 33W, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
This action was instituted in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County Florida and the abbreviated title of the case is Liquid Investments LLC vs. Eon Philp.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon Plaintiff's Attorney, Vasti Law, P.A., 1020 E. North Blvd., Leesburg, FL 34748, [email protected] and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
