NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2022 wherein, BARRY SPENCER, is the Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devises, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees and all others who my claim an interest in the Estate of Betsy Shecter, RAMIE NATALIE ONEIL and STEGIN DAIL ONEIL, are the Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on April 17, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
7430 Paurotis Court, Sarasota, Florida 34241, more particularly described as: Lot 4, Serona Lakes, in Plat Book 40, Page 31, 31A through 31F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
