NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed March 14, 2023 and entered in Case No. 15-CA-002744, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR6 is Plaintiff and ELIZABETH ANN EGGLY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH ANN EGGLY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; SHERWOOD VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. CINDY STUART, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on April 12, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, GANDY SHERWOOD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100 AT PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
