AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and DABEIBA AGUIRRE A/K/A MARIA PEREZ A/K/A MARIA S. PEREZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on May 10, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
