Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the day of MARCH 13, 2023, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein ROBINS ROOST OMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and SIBYL MAGIERA is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on APRIL 13, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 11684, ROBINS ROOST, PHASE II IN PEPPERTREE POINTE, a Condominium Community, together with a non-exclusive easement for the use and enjoyment of the common properties as defined in the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for ROBINS ROOST, recorded in Official Record Book 1842, Page 3213, and amended in Official Record Book 1887, Page 1445, and Official Record Book 1887, Page 1454 all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
