COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, TASHNA MORRIS a/k/a TASHAN GREEN n/k/a TASHNA STUTTS (hereafter Plaintiff), by and through the undersigned counsel, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action and is now pending in the County Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on March 8, 2003, Case No. 23CC1548. You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon counsel for Plaintiff, ADAM STEVENS, ESQ. of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., whose address is 2050 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, on or before April 25, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Honorable Court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's counsel or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this action will be mailed to the address of record at the Clerk's Office.
