Notice is given pursuant to FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE AND FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND COSTS, entered on March 13, 2023 and recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida on March 16, 2013, in Case No. 22-CC-5869 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THE DAMEX CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and AUREL HOTUPAN is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. on April 13, 2023, at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure and For Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs:
Lots 32 and 33, Block 4572, CAPE CORAL, Unit 68, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 100 through 108, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
