NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 16, 2023, and entered in 2022-CC-99763 of the County Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bravo Home Management Inc. is the Plaintiff and Strongbox Investments, Inc., is the Defendant. Cindy Stuart as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on April 19, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 1805, THE ATRIUM ON THE BAYSHORE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED JUNE 18, 1982 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3965 PAGE 652 OF THE PUBLIC REOCRD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 4 PAGE 44 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 2413 Bayshore Blvd, Unit 1805, Tampa, FL. 33629 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
