Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 21st day of March, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-CC-5630, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CAPE PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DOROTHY A. PANDOLFO and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on APRIL 19, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 104, CAPE PALMS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof dated September 14, 1973, and recorded in O.R. Book 1008, Page 959, and all subsequent amendments thereto, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with all and singular hereditaments and appurtenances belonging to in anywise appertaining to that real property
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
