NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 23, of EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4544, Pages 683, et seq., and the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 104-106, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 143 Caryl Way, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 13, 2023.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
