UNIT NO. 510 OF HARBOR BLUFFS WATERFRONT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 31 THROUGH 36, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 2, 1975, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4285, PAGE 426, AS AMENDED BY CERTIFICATES OF AMENDMENT RECORDED MAY 15, 1975, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4289, PAGE 540, AND NOVEMBER 30, 1976, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4483, PAGE 460, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
