NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 22, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2022-CA-002820-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein GOVERNMENT LOAN SECURITIZATION TRUST 2011-FV1, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE AND U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CO-TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and ERIC S. STEADMAN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of April, 2023 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 28, Kelly Park Hills South Phase Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 82, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
