Sealed bids will be received in the Town of Oakland Town Hall at 230 North Tubb Street, Oakland, Florida up to 2:00 PM, May 2, 2023 for:
CHARTER SCHOOL SEPTIC TO SEWER
Bid packages may be obtained M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at Kimley-Horn, 189 South Orange Ave, Suite 1000, Orlando, Florida, 32801. All inquiries should be directed to Tucker Hunter, P.E., at 407-982-3064, or via email at [email protected].
Bids will be publicly opened in the Town of Oakland Commission Chambers, Town Hall, 230 North Tubb Street, shortly after 2:00 PM, May 2, 2023. Any bids received after the specified date and time of bid opening will not be considered regardless of whether any bid has actually been opened prior to submittal of a late bid.
The Town of Oakland reserves the right to accept or reject, in part or total, any or all bids and to waive any informalities as deemed in the best interest of the Town. All bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope with the bid name, the time and date of opening. It shall be the BIDDER'S responsibility to ensure that proposals are delivered to the above address by the appointed time.
