NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 17, 2023 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on May 1, 2023 the following property described below, situated in Charlotte County, Florida, as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure:

Certificate No. 1092 of MAPLE LEAF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS' CORPORATION, a Florida not-for-profit corporation, together with the double-wide mobile home (1981 IMPE, VIN 316456A and 316456B) situated on Lot #1092 in MAPLE LEAF GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, 2100 Kings Highway, Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, Florida 33980.
Any person who is claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
