The East 372.98 feet of the West 787.62 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 9, Township 27 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida, Less and Except the East 310.98 feet of the North 411.00 feet thereof, and Less road right of way for Olsen Road.
Joined by that certain mobile home described as a 2000 CHNC with Vin Numbers JACFL21508A and JACFL21508B, which has been permanently affixed to the described property.
