NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 20, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 412022CA001723CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2007-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CH2, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF BRENDA ANDERSON MCDONALD, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF BRENDA ANDERSON MCDONALD, DECEASED; SURRODRICK LATROD MCCOBB; JOSEPH KENYETTA MCDONALD; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 31st day of May, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
NORTH 16 FEET OF LOT 69, ALL OF LOT 70, LINCOLN TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
