Further, THAT A PETITION IN EMINENT DOMAIN AND A DECLARATION OF TAKING have been filed in the above-styled cause by the Petitioner in order to acquire certain property interests in Manatee County, Florida, for the purposes set forth in said Petition and that Petitioner will seek an Order of Taking before The Honorable Edward Nicholas, one of the judges of this Court, who will consider Petitioner's application for an Order of Taking and make such orders as the Court deems proper on Tuesday, the 2nd day of May, 2023 from 4:30 pm. to 5:30 p.m. by ZOOM videoconference.

on or before Monday, April 24th, 2023, and to file the original of your written defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter, to show what right title, interest, or lien you or any of you have in and to the property described in the Petition and to show cause, if any you have, why the property should not be condemned for the uses and purposes as set forth in the Petition. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
If you wish to object to the Order of Taking, you must file a request for a hearing. Any Defendant failing to file a request for a hearing shall waive any right to object to the Order of Taking and title shall be vested in Petitioner, upon deposit as provided by law.
