YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 811, South Gate Village Green, Section 8, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 794, Page 600, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 23, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
