YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed in the above-entitled court by the above-named Plaintiff against Abbex, Inc., Steven L. Alexander and Marlene Sue Alexander in a suit for Breach of Agreement; Breach of Commercial Guaranties as to Defendant, Steven L. Alexander; and Breach of Commercial Guaranties as to Defendant, Marlene Sue Alexander.
You are notified and required to file your answer, pleadings and written defenses to said Complaint with the Clerk of the said Court and to serve a copy thereof upon the Plaintiff or Plaintiff's attorney, Andrea C. Lyons, Esquire of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, 30 S. Spring Street, Pensacola, FL 32502, no later than thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, which first publication date was on the 1 day of May, 2023, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief sought in the complaint.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in Sarasota County, Florida.
