THELMA GLENN THOMAN; and JOHN DOE and MARY DOE, as Unknown Occupants.

To: The unknown spouse, heirs, beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other parties claiming by, through, under or against THELMA GLENN THOMAN, deceased, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose an assessment lien on the following-described Cooperative parcel in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 111, JAPANESE GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative situate on the property described in Exhibit “A” and located as shown on Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1544, Pages 1427 through 1454, and the Amended Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded at Instrument No. 2019033014, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, Tamsen Hays, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky, Ross & Young, P.A., whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 1 day of May, 2023, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
