NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2023, and entered in 11-2020-CA-000772-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA M. CODY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PATRICIA CODY are the Defendant(s). Crystal K.
