NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2023, and entered in 11-2020-CA-000772-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA M. CODY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; PATRICIA CODY are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on April 27, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMON ELEMENTS, AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SAN MARCO RESIDENCES, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 814, AT PAGES 1447 THROUGH 1476, AS AMENDED, AND THE SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 876, AT PAGE 325 AND 326, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
