NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021 CA 004405 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DOLORES BRYANT DEJERINETT F/K/A DELORES BRYANT, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 9:00 A.M., on the 15th day of May, 2023, the following described property:
LOTS 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK G, NEWTOWN PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING SAID LOTS ON THE SOUTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
