NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Lien dated March 27, 2023, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 4th day of May, 2023 beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 2001 83rd Avenue North, Lot #4016, St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida 33702, a 1979 NOBI Mobile Home, VIN #N30626A, Title #0015943029 and VIN #N30626B, Title #0015943030.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
