NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-002884-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2006-1, Plaintiff, and ELISE MORIN-FARNSWORTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELISE MORIN-FARNSWORTH; BAYWAY ISLES - POINT BRITTANY SIX CONDOMINIUM, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 18th day of May, 2023, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1710, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF BAYWAY ISLES-POINT BRITTANY SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4220, PAGE 507, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 42 THROUGH 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE RIGHT OF USE THE PARKING SPACE APPURTENANT TO THE UNIT, AS ASSIGNED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
