NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 27, 2023, and entered in 20-000475-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NATALIE SALERNO (DECEASED); SUSAN ANN ARBEITER; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 27, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D BUILDING NO. 207 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5908, PAGE 1261, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 7 RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5991, PAGE 2154, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 55 AND 56, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 84, PAGES 46 AND 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS PERTAINING THERETO.
