NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2020-CA-000314-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, REVERSE MORTGAGE FUNDING LLC, Plaintiff and LUIS A. SANDOZ, et. al., are Defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell, Orange County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 9th day of June, 2023, the following described property:
LOT 36, MONACO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 125 AND 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.032.
