NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on April l4, 2023 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will on June 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. EST, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida:
