NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2023, and entered in 2022CA0005890000LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and OLIVIA RUSENSTROM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OLIVIA RUSENSTROM; THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 30, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
