Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgement of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Nichole “Nikki” Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
1981 LONG recreational vehicle bearing vehicle identification number 35104081 (“Recreational Vehicle”) located in the Community at 4032 Mameli Street, Lot No. 74, Zephyrhills, Florida 33541
(the “Lot”)
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 7530 Little Road, New Port Richey, Florida 34656-0338 at 11:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of May 2023. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
