NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 6, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2021-CA-003575 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust National Association, as Trustee, for MEB Loan Trust II, is the Plaintiff and Kathy Boykins, CACH, LLC, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the May 25, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE AND STATE OF FLORIDA: BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY OF 11TH AVENUE EAST AND THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF 6TH STREET EAST; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID 6TH STREET EAST 238 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE JOHNNIE C. JONES PROPERTY AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 308, PAGE 235, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 84 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF JONES PROPERTY AND THE EXTENSION THEREOF 120 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF SAID 6TH STREET EAST, 74 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 84 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 45 SECONDS WEST AND PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID JOHNNIE JONES PROPERTY, 120 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE ON THE SAID EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF 6TH STREET EAST; THENCE SOUTH ALONG SAID EAST LINE 74 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST.
