NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2023, and entered in Case No. 11-2022-CA-0009610001 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein AVAIL HOLDING LLC is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF BARBARA JOHNSON, DECEASED; THE HEIRS, DEVISEE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARBARA JOHNSON, DECEASED; HEIR, BARBARA DIANE AMRHEIN; GLENCOVE IN PELICAN BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAY COLONY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, IF ANY, are Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on MAY 25, 2023 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 304, GLENCOVE IN PELICAN BAY, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 1272, Page 1371-1488 and recorded in the Condominium Plat Book 29, Page 117-121, Collier Records.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
