NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th day of April, 2023, in Civil Action No. 2022-CA-1811, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which JENNIFER L. LARSON and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER L. LARSON, are the Defendants, and CARLTON LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex in the
Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25 th day of May, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT E-203, LAKEVIEW II AT CARLTON LAKES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, of record in Official Record Book 2325, Pages 2130 through 2194, as Amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
