NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 27, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 2022 CA 001670 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CARRIGNTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and GLENN S. SWANGER, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On-Line Public Auction website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on June 21, 2023, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 231, VILLAGE IN PINES NORTH, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 45, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
