NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 6, 2022 in Civil Case No. 19-CA-008596 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and EDWARD DESMORE II, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of May 2023, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 44, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 111, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
