Cruz, Carrollwood Village Phase III Homeowners Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated, Acting Solely As Nominee For Countrywide Bank, N.A, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the May 26, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
