NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 22-CA-004918 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and William George Harter Jr. a/k/a William G. Harter are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the June 7, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 18, UNIT NO. 3, LEELAND HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
