NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26th day of April 2023, in Civil Action No. 22-CA-2931 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CHAMPIONS GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ALWYN M. BALL and SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE. REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 a.m., on the 31st day of May, 2023, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 313, Building 3, CHAMPIONS GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2285, Page 3348, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
