Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 2 day of May, 2023, and entered in Case No. 22-CC-5071, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein GREENWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, NO. 2-3, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. HUKOWSKI aka MICHAEL J. HUKOWSKI, SR., as an Heir of Paul Hukowski, Deceased, ZINAEDA E. HUKOWSKI, as an Heir of Paul Hukowski, Deceased, and ALEXANDER HUKOWSKI, as an Heir of Paul Hukowski, Deceased, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF PAUL HUKOWSKI, DECEASED AND ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on JUNE 1, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Apartment No. 2, Building No. 3, GREENWOOD CODOMINIUM NO. 2-3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 546, Page 213, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
