Lot 5, INTERMONT SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 1, Page 43, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on WILLIAM D. SLICKER, Esq., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 5505 38th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710, on or before 30 days from 1st publication and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
