NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2023 and entered in Case No. 22-004315-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Clearwater, a municipal corporation, is the Plaintiff and 30 Days Real Estate Corp. Trustee For 2717 Cosmo Trust is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2023 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
