NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2023, and entered in Case No. 52-2022-CA-002467 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Longbridge Financial, LLC, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against Molly Rittinger, deceased, United States of America Acting through Federal Housing Commissioner, Leslie Ann Perkel, as an heir to the Estate of Molly Rittinger, deceased, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the May 23, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
