NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2023, and entered in 2023-000383-CO of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Cruz Bay Properties, Inc. is the Plaintiff and HTN Trust Inc., as Trustee of the 1465 Watermill Circle Land Trust is the Defendant. Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on May 30, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 55, NATURES PRESERVE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Book 117, Page 73, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 1465 Watermill Circle, Tarpon Springs, FL. 34689 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
