NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated April 25, 2022 , entered in case 21-001409-CI, and Order Granting Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered April 27, 2023 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF BUNGALOW SERIES III TRUST is the Plaintiff and HECTOR A. GARCIA, TD BANK USA, N.A., MERCANTIL COMMERCEBANK, N.A. and STATE OF FLORIDA, are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on August 2, 2023 , the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
